As a passionate music lover, I created a database of my favorite songs from throughout my life. Using a ranking system, I organized the songs based on my personal preferences, with the top-rated songs appearing at the top of the list.

The database includes the title and artist of each song, the year when the song made an impact on my life, the country of the artist, and a rating score based on my personal enjoyment of the song. This project allowed me to develop my skills in data organization and management.

 

I devised a unique rating system for each song, using a geometric progression. The sum of all song ratings, extending to infinity, equals 10,000. Starting with a rating of 100 for the first song, each subsequent song receives 99% of the previous rating. This unconventional approach demonstrates my creativity and individual perspective on music evaluation, adding an intriguing element to my portfolio. The relative values of the notes within the database reflect my personal enjoyment and serve as a distinct way to rank the songs. It showcases my innovative thinking and attention to detail in organizing my musical preferences.
